We’ve spoken to lots of you since we announced our intention to merge in July 2017. You’ve told us there are several issues we need to focus on in our proposed new organisation:

  • Improving our repairs service
  • Providing you with more chances to move home
  • Creating genuine resident involvement opportunities
  • Maintaining a personalised service for those who want and need one
  • Making better use of new technology to develop our services
  • Offering you greater training and employment opportunities
  • Ensuring service charges provide value for money

We’re developing these into what we’re calling a ‘resident promise’, and building on your experience and expertise to ensure that our proposed new organisation really works for you.
