Jane Hollinshead

Jane joined the Notting Hill Group Board in May 2017 and became a member of the Notting Hill Genesis Board when it was formed in April 2018.

She is the Principal of IJD Consulting and advises REITS, private equity funds and not for profit organisations in the real estate sector on their external advisor strategies and change management processes. Prior to that, she had a 20 year career at law firm, Addleshaw Goddard, where she was the Head of the Real Estate Sector and a member of the Governance Board.

She is also a Board member of Pathways to Property (social mobility project) and CREFC Europe. She is a consultant with British Land PLC (including Canada Water regeneration), with the British Property Federation, with Ellandi on D&I strategy and to Keystone Partners on development of Thameside West, Canning Town. Jane is also an adviser to Knight Frank on Diversity and Inclusion strategy and GVA Avison Young on London Executive function.

Jane is on the Notting Hill Genesis and Notting Hill Home Ownership Boards. She is also Chair of the Strategy and Scrutiny Committee and also serves on the Nominations and Remuneration Committees.

Jane receives an allowance of £15,000 per annum.
