The planned Anmer Lodge development will see 120 new homes provided on a currently under-utilised car park near to Stanmore tube station.

In partnership with Harrow Council our new development will consist of four medium rise apartment blocks with over 50% affordable housing. It will also house a new Marks & Spencers Food Hall with 50 car parking spaces, and 192 space multi-storey car park for the surrounding amenities.
Planning consent has been granted and start on site is expected to start in late Spring with completion due for the Spring of 2021
