Completed in 2016, Camberwell Fields was the arrival of 279 new apartments, duplexes and townhouses opposite Burgess Park which replaced its predecessor, the Elmington Estate.

In the area
Camberwell has a fantastic vibe with many things to do: creative workshops at South London Gallery, afternoon cocktails at The Crooked Well, a Victorian swimming pool, table tennis in Camberwell Green and much more.
The area benefits from a number of bus routes going in all directions, making Dulwich, Waterloo, Elephant and Castle, London Bridge and the City all reachable with ease.
Camberwell has two train stations: Denmark Hill with trains to Victoria, London Bridge and St Pancras; and Loughborough Junction with trains to St Pancras.
Camberwell is also very well served by buses with most routes going either via Kennington or Elephant and Castle offering connections with the tube.
