The site offers a range of homes alongside a range of services. This included a new specialist HIV and AIDS hospital, a church, a space for commercial activity (The Tab Centre) and a new children’s play area.

Explore the development
Work began on site in November 2011 with completion of Phase 1 in July 2014. This phase delivered the re-provision of Mildmay Hospital. As well as 22 social homes, nine shared ownership homes, 29 private rental homes and 1 home for private sale.
Phase 2 commenced on site in September 2013 and completed in June 2017. It provided a further six social rent homes, five shared ownership homes and 24 homes for private sale, as well as the new Tabernacle Church.
In April 2014, Phase 3 began on site with a completion date of February 2017. This saw the building of the final three social rent homes, 40 homes for private rent and finally the Tab Centre.
