About The Bloom, Hammersmith & Fulham
To market our new homes, we hired a local community centre to run presentations and answer questions from council tenants and members of the community. This proved successful, and we were able to house 58 applicants from the local housing register list.
The Bloom was also the first development in which we trialled the Discount Market Sale product on 42 units, which proved to be extremely popular.
Local treasure trove
Local amenities include Shepherd's Bush Market which is a treasure trove of scarves, garments and fabrics, household goods and furnishings, is mixed with tantalising cooked food and fresh produce from all over the world.
Directly beside The Bloom lies Wormholt Park. The park is also set to benefit from a £1 million refurbishment programme, including improved sport and play facilities, outdoor gym equipment, sensory gardens and wildflower areas, a market and event space, and improved footpaths.
The development is situated a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre in White City. Residents also benefit from a substantial underground car park that can house 116 vehicles.
