Major works

Major works is classed as any work that fall outside what could be considered routine or day-to-day maintenance, as well as work that requires any kind of project management. These are usually structural repairs or those of a technical nature.

The most regular example of major works will be the cyclical redecorations to your building, which will be arranged and managed by us. The frequency of cyclical works will depend on the wording of your tenancy or lease agreement, as well as the size and location of your building. ‘Major works’ could also include large-scale repairs, such as window replacements or fixing a faulty elevator.

Except in the case of an emergency, we'll always give you the appropriate amount of notice of these works and will manage them in a way that minimises inconvenience and disruption to your enjoyment of your home.
