My Notting Hill
If you registered for My Notting Hill through our website in the past, you'll need to re-register for My Account.
My Notting Hill app
You'll need to register for My Account separately from the My Notting Hill app. However, you can use the same email address to register for both, and the information you see in your online account will be the same if you log in via the app or the website.
My Account
If you've already registered for My Account on our website, check that you're entering your details correctly and that you haven't accidentally added a space or other characters after your email address or password. You can also use our forgotten password facility to get a password reminder.
Notting Hill Sales website
If you're looking to buy a property and started an application, you can log in to your application on our Sales site.
You can get a password reminder using the forgotten password link.
Log in using your old email address and then go to 'About me' in My Account to update your email address.
Forgotten password?
If you’ve forgotten your password to log in however, you won’t be able to use the forgotten password facility as it will send a reset link to your old email address. Instead, you will have to contact your housing officer or PMO and ask them to update your email address in our systems. Then, wait an hour and try using the forgotten password facility using your new email address.
