If you're a permanent rented housing resident or a homeowner you can use our secure online services to access your account information, pay rent or service charges and find answers to common questions.
If you've already registered, you can go ahead and sign into My Notting Hill.
Create an account
If you've not yet registered, please do so now to create a My Notting Hill online account. To register, you'll need to have the following information ready:
- Your payment reference number
- The email address that you would like to use to register your account
- A secure password
- Your date of birth.
All of this information must be the same as the information that we have on our records. If there are any differences, you will not be automatically registered and you will need to contact your housing officer or property management officer (PMO) for guidance.
Please note: Only individuals named on the tenancy agreement or lease will be able to register. Spouses and family members will not be able to create an account unless their name appears on the legal document.
Download the mobile app
Smartphone and tablet users can download the mobile app to access their account. Please note that you'll need to create a separate account for the app, although you'll see the same information. Just search for 'My Notting Hill' in the Android, Apple, or Windows app stores.
Please note: We are carrying out planned maintenance work on the My Notting Hill app between 6pm and 6:30pm on Wednesday 11 January 2017. The app could be unavailable, or might not work as expected during this time. This shouldn't affect website access to your account through the login above. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Who can use My Notting Hill?
My Notting Hill is currently only available to permanent rented housing tenants and homeowners. We are working on extending these online services to other residents.
What can I do using my account?
With My Notting Hill (online customer services) you can carry out a range of common tasks day or night, including:
- View your rent statement and details, including address and tenancy
- Make changes to your name or title
- Update your contact details
- Manage your account and make rent and service charge payments – you can view rent statements and rent charge breakdowns, or make a secure payment 24 hours a day.
- Request contact from your housing officer or property management officer (PMO).
Using the app (see details above), you can also check the status of your repairs, including raised, scheduled or completed repairs – making it easier to get updates.
Can I pay by credit card?
You can make a payment by credit card, however please note that you'll need to add 2% extra to your total, to cover the cost of bank charges. You'll need to calculate this amount manually. When we receive your payment, we'll deduct these costs from the total. To avoid these charges, you can use a debit card instead.
I can't register/login. What should I do?
Please note that the login details for your online account are not compatible with the My Notting Hill app. If you've registered online and wish to use the app (or vice versa), you'll need to re-register.
Forgotten your password?
Please click the 'Forgotten your password?' link from the My Notting Hill login page.
Lost access to the email address you registered with?
Please contact your housing officer or PMO and ask them to change the email address that's listed on your account. Only they can make this change on your account.
Receiving an error message?
You may experience problems logging in for the first time if we don't have a date of birth on record. Simply call your housing officer or PMO who can add it to the system.
