Free group outdoor fitness classes. Classes include yoga, boot camp, box fit and walking group. Classes are based on the Woodberry Down estate in Hackney. Register via the website.

Free and paid for practical support options for older people including: information and advice, a befriending scheme, a dardening scheme, as well as help with shopping, banking, paying bills, collecting pensions or prescriptions, and managing documents.
