Work with care leavers aged 16 to 26, to help them into employment, education and training. They offer 1 to 1 advice, mentoring and outreach support. They are based 5 minutes from Waterloo Station and are able to cover travel expenses for their clients when visiting their service.
Work with local families to offer employment advice and support to secure employment.
Employment and training support for young people, including workshops on CV writing and interview techniques. help with gaining apprenticeships and traineeships, volunteering opportunities, self-confidence and life skills workshops and more.
100 Black Men of London are a charity who provide mentoring and community activities for black young people. Black men can volunteer as mentors or black young people can access their services.
Advocacy, education and support for African refugees and asylum seekers. Family support, education, and mentoring for young people, including CV preparation, help with job applications, interview skills, jobsearch. IT courses, literacy and numeracy classes. They also run a weekly coffee morning for people over 60 to socialise.
