The Trust specialises in offering services above and beyond the normal scope of employability provision and provides a holistic environment, which takes all needs into account. Experienced staff are on hand to support and offer guidance and counselling on personal matters such as debt and anger management, legal matters, and advice on housing, benefits and healthcare. They provide employability and skills assessments, vocational/employment specific training, work experience, personal skills development, mentoring and more.
They particularly welcome anyone needing special support e.g. vulnerable women, lone parents, people from an ethnic minority background, people in substance recovery or homeless, disabled people etc.
