Matthew is group director of assets and sustainability, having joined our executive board in January 2023. His role focuses on the fabric and safety of the homes in our portfolio, as well as on the environmental and sustainability agenda, a growing priority across the housing sector.
Matthew has many years’ experience in the development directorate at Notting Hill Genesis and Notting Hill Housing before that, most recently as deputy group director, which means he has a strong understanding of the importance of quality homes in improving customer experience.
He also spent a year as deputy group director of housing, where he led projects to develop and deliver new process, technology and data intelligence to raise the quality of the resident experience.
