Shortlisted for Best Regeneration Project in the 2013 National Housing Awards, this ex-Ministry of Defence housing estate in Harrow had been left derelict for years before our redevelopment project began.

A 20-minute walk from Stanmore tube, this mixed-tenure scheme has brought a significant amount of affordable family housing to the area.
Harrow is a very green part of London, and many of the homes have gardens.
The development also introduced improved access for pedestrians, cyclists and wheelchair users to key facilities and public transport routes.
