Opportunities are advertised on the Government contracts finder website and Delta E Sourcing website.

In our tendering process, we are required to comply with the Public Contracts Regulations and EU rules, known as Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).

As a large organisation we have a diverse set of opportunities available to our suppliers. Those worth more than £10,000 generally invite quotes from multiple suppliers, while those above OJEU thresholds follow a formal tender process.

Standard terms of procurement

We have standard terms of procurement that are applied to all transactions, unless a specific variation contract is agreed by a Group Director. These apply to all orders generated by NHH and our subsidiaries or associated entities and companies.
