We're motivated by the positive impact we can make on the lives of others. We provide supported and extra care housing through which we can give residents tailored care and support, so they can live as independently as possible.

All our services are focused on helping people maximise their independence and reduce, delay or prevent the need for residential care. You'll help by providing the level of care set out in the residents' individual care plans, helping with everything from shopping and cleaning to giving medication to support the residents so they can live as independently as possible.

About you

In order to support our residents, you’ll need to be able to show us you can deliver great customer service. You must also have good spoken English and the ability to help people with all their needs.

You will need to be flexible to work early and late shifts on a rota pattern, Monday to Sunday, and we offer a range of full time, part time and bank (zero hours contract) positions.
